By using our Services, you confirm that you:

Scope of Services

Creators Yug operates as a digital intermediary connecting Brands with Influencers for marketing collaborations.
We do not act as an employer, agent, or guarantor for any Influencer or Brand, unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Account Registration

• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
  
  
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

Campaigns and Collaborations

• Campaigns are agreed upon directly between Brands and Influencers, facilitated through our platform.
  
  
• Each campaign may have specific deliverables, timelines, and compensation terms detailed in separate agreements.
  
  
• Creators Yug is not liable for the accuracy, outcome, or fulfillment of campaign agreements between Influencers and Brands.
  
  

Payment Terms

• Payment terms vary depending on the campaign agreement.
  
  
• Typically, Brands remit campaign payments to Creators Yug, which then disburses payments to Influencers after completion and approval of deliverables, less any applicable service fees.
  
  
• Creators Yug reserves the right to deduct commissions, transaction fees, or taxes as applicable.
  
  
• We are not liable for payment delays caused by third parties (e.g., banks, payment gateways, or Brands).
  
  

Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

• Influencers retain ownership of their original content unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  
  
• By participating in campaigns, Influencers grant Brands and Creators Yug a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the submitted content for marketing, promotion, or portfolio display purposes.
  
  
• All intellectual property, logos, and trademarks appearing on the Website belong to their respective owners.
  
  
• You agree not to copy, reproduce, or use our proprietary material without prior written consent.
  
  

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
  
  
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
